A.A - LBCC, B.A - CSULB, M.A - USIU

Many years ago I came to LBCC to begin my college education. I received an AA from LBCC in child development, a BA in Human Development from CSULB and my MA in Person Centered Educational Psychology from USIU in San Diego. I taught preschool in many different settings, both private and public before working at LBCC’s lab schools. I have been a classroom teacher and a center director of early childhood programs.

I began teaching college students in the 1980’s and enjoy preparing students for their careers with young children. Every semester I learn something new from my college students. I enjoy the challenge of keeping the learning fresh and “hands- on� in the theory and curriculum classes I teach.
