Before coming to Long Beach City in 1997 I directed the lab school and taught part time at Mendocino College, which is about two hours north of Oakland, CA. Being raised in Southern California I was happy to have the opportunity to return to the sunshine and leave the rain behind. Most of my experience has been in the children’s classroom as well as the administrative side of child care, which has enabled me to bring first -hand knowledge to the classes I teach.

I have developed an online format for both our administration courses CDECE 60A & CDECE 60 B and teach one alternating semesters. I have also developed web support for several of my other classes.
